RAPID RESOLUTION THERAPY (RRT)

What is trauma?
Trauma is any single or recurrent experience or event that has happened that still impacts you today in either an obvious or obscure way.  Examples of trauma include sexual assault, witnessing homicide or suicide,  involvement in or witnessing a car accident, physical or verbal abuse, bullying, criticism, rejection, loss of someone or something significant, and grief to name a few. Uncleared trauma can lead to fears and phobias, relationship challenges, anger, addictions, nightmares, shame, anxiety and so many more life issues. By clearing the trauma, clears the effects the trauma has been having on your daily life awarding you a bright and fresh future.

What is Rapid Resolution Therapy?
Rapid Resolution Therapy® is an innovative therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Jon Connelly.  It is a fast, painless and an effective method of treatment for many of life’s problems.  This treatment eliminates the negative effects of past experiences and distorted beliefs.  If you have been stuck and unable to successfully change your feelings, thoughts or behaviors, it is likely that you are being affected by experiences from your past.  Those who participate are not required to relive the past or feel the pain from the traumatic event(s).  Rapid Resolution Therapy® eliminates the negative effect from painful or confusing events whether experiences are remembered, repressed or forgotten. Unconscious conflicts blocking desired change are pinpointed and resolved.  The mind is organized and optimized.

How does it work?
The subconscious controls emotions, desires, memory, habits, thoughts, dreams, and automatic responses.  One may consciously understand the value of eliminating problematic emotions, thoughts or behaviors but unless the subconscious mind is reached, enduring change is unlikely.  By engaging the subconscious mind and eliminating the ongoing influence from troubling past events, blocked energy is released, healing takes place, and change is automatic.  Negative habits and painful emotions are replaced by positive actions and feelings of well being.

How long will it take?
RRT significantly reduces treatment time because the work is done at such a deep level, involving both the conscious and subconscious parts of the mind. Traumatic memories can often be cleared in as little as a couple sessions.
